5am:
4 egg whites,
8 oz. of 2% milk (or oatmeal)
8am:
4 oz. of chicken breast,
4 oz. of rice.
10oz of water
11am:
Can of albacore tuna in water
1 Banana
Fruit punch or Crystal Light
2pm:
4 oz. of chicken breast
4 oz. of rice
10 oz. of water/crystal light
6pm:
1 head of broccoli or green vegetable
10 oz. of water/crystal light
IF you get hungry, during the day, eat bananas, apples, pears
Drink OVER 1 Gallon of Water a day!

diet sounds good. similar to mine. i eat smaller meals every 2 hours or so when possible. i supplement with protein and weight gain to stay around 150 lbs or so, but i'm in the gym for jiu-jitsu and such 4-5 days a week. gotta feed the machine. glad to see you're (still?) blogging (again?).
